In this section I will cover only the basic steps and some interesting information that I have found.<\/p>\n<p>The best book I have found that deals with all aspects of compiling and configuring the kernel as well as the use of kernel parameters at start time is Linux kernel In a Nutshell by O&#8217;Reilly, 978-0-596-10079-7.
