In the %post section, use this command:

yum -y -c http://lab-server/CentOS-Base.repo update

From the yum manpage, you can specify a repo file via the “-c http://” command-line option. Thus, if you keep a standard repo file on your web server, you can just point to it. The “-y” option tells yum to accept the update command without prompting for [Y/N].
